Breakthrough Part 3
What does it actually take to break through the spiritual barriers that hold us back? This message cuts straight to the heart of that question by examining two foundational keys: faith and works. Drawing from Romans 10:17 and James 2, we are reminded that faith is not a passive feeling but something activated when we genuinely engage with the Word of God. And yet hearing alone is never enough. James makes it plain that faith without corresponding action is dead. The challenge placed before us is honest and direct: we often know what God is asking us to do, and we simply have not done it. That gap between knowing and doing is precisely where breakthroughs are lost. When we close that gap through obedience, something shifts in the spiritual landscape of our lives, much like a dam breaking and permanently reshaping the terrain it floods. The image is striking and intentional. A breakthrough is not a minor adjustment. It is a transformation that changes everything.
